NVDIMMs

SMART's NVDIMM combines nonvolatile memory with DRAM memory. NVDIMMs are used for logging and caching functions to accelerate system performance in server and storage applications. SMART’s DDR4 NVDIMM feature SafeStor™ technology which initiates backup and restore operations upon command from the host controller. NVDIMMs support multiple command delivery options to trigger a backup during a host detected power outage and recovery events.
