Designed for space-constrained applications, SMART's XceedIOPS iSATA Slim is an embedded SSD for space constrained hardware architectures. It features a 3Gbps SATA interface and uses single-level cell (SLC) flash technology, targeting OEM customers who require reliable internal storage in a small form factor.

Offering reliable, high-performance operation in a 52-pin BGA package, SMART's Single-Chip Disk Drive (SCDD) can operate in either 3.3V or 5V hosts and is available in capacities from 128MB to 8GB.

Compatible with the USB 2.0 Hi-speed protocol standard for high-performance, low-power, mass storage devices, SMART's eUSB Flash drives feature sustained read speeds of up to 36MB/s, write speeds up to 23MB/s, and seek time of typically 500 µs. Unlike rotating media, they can operate at a very low idle current.

Realized in a 40-pin Mini-IDE form factor, these rugged drives deliver high reliability and low power consumption under the most challenging industrial temperatures and conditions.
